I keep growing more and more fond of the artist. He pays wonderful homage to Cockrum. Alan Davies, too, though maybe a bit too much. I recognise one pose that could have been lightboxed from Excalibur.The story... can we stop convoluting the whole Azazel thing? Just... bamfs. Why.
AHHH!!!!
This was the issue X-fans were waiting ever since Amazing X-Men launched late last year. The last two issues was just filler compared to this momentous occasion. Nightcrawler has returned to the X-Men. He's still dead but his reunion the X-Men again was really touching. Especially his first meeting with Wolverine after his death. Pretty poignant scene, as poignant a scene with Wolverine that is.Aaron really dragged this one out. At least these four issues were fully penciled by McGuinness which
Wolverine is freezing....Iceman is melting....And Beast is going bonkers....This makes for great entertainment as the un-dead but should be dead Nightcrawler saves the day!!
