Netflix opens up their culture by showing the guided process how to build it in your team/company. Reed Hastings (CEO & co-founder of Netflix) asked Erin Meyer (author of Culture Map, the book I adore) to write a book about Netflix and the Culture inside the company by asking lots of questions and giving insights on real examples. I suggest reading this book if you build a team or a company in the creative industry, where innovation, speed, and flexibility are the keys to success.
