Experience this work of art during lockdown is one of the most soothing things that has happened to me. If you have read his memoir, you will be able to get the context behind the illustrations. And that makes the novel all the more interesting. Please note that it’s a graphic novel.

This is the latest book by Ruskin Bond I spotted in the store. So far I have read all the books penned by him, I had great time reading this one too. In this book Bond has described his life from start and his love for flowers and plants his dreams and how cherish he felt of having a room on roof, his days in landour and much more. The book has colourful paintings drawn to give a beautiful look. Lastly I would say writing is an art and Mr Bond has mastered it.
