Weird, reflective poetry novella that looks at Mary's monster from the monster's POV, through time. Occasionally sensual, occasionally a touch queer, the metaphor will have you alternately laughing and turning up your nose, but the emotional impact is significant. Well worth a read (and it's a quick read, too).
Wow - that was mind-blowingly good, and quite strange. It's a long poem, in which Mary Shelley's monster walks through the lives of some of history's great and troubled women writers, sharing bits of body and mind and pain.
