Attack of General Sat Fat is the second book in the Batbean series. The reader learns about Dr. Alfred Kochner who used to be a promising young scientist. Because of trying circumstances during his early life, he becomes the evil Mr. Free Radical. Mr. Radical is the Chairman of Mega Corp. and dispatches General Sat Fat, the commander-in-chief of all saturated fats, to capture Mirabell . Chairman Radical intends to experiment on and harvest the power of the miracle berries for selfish gains. During General Sat Fat's pursuit of Mirabell, he encounters Batbean.

Realizing that they were vastly outnumbered by General Sat Fat's army of a hundred jeeps, Batbean and Miraclebean escape to the walnut forest. As Batbean and Miraclebean pass through the walnut forest, they get into a scuffle with Magnus, a walnut, who thought they were trespassing. After Magnus realizes that Batbean and Miraclebean are friends, he allows them to pass and calls upon all the walnuts in the forest to stop General Sat Fat's army.
