With the Dynamite comics Ian Flemings 007 has been revived and unlike its cinematic outing feels much fresher and offers better story lines.After last years Moneypenny stand alone we now get the M stand alone and it is without any 007 appearance. This is about his boss the unknown character called M, and it is not Flemings M but the modern day fella that carries the moniker. It is something from the history of this M that finally caught up with him and it makes him go back to his military roots
It had a clever plot. Unlike other novels, this one brought about the ambience of the location - Belfast, Northern Ireland. I liked it!
Really nice artwork by Holden, but the story just wasn’t for me.
