I really enjoyed this book. It traps you in from the first page because of how it's written. On the first page you're introduced to the present, and the timeline continues. Many of the chapters switch back and forth between the point of view of different characters. Then once the book gets to a certain point, you're introduced to the past that lead up to the present, and the timeline continued. The story continues until you arrive at "the present" that happens right before the first 'present' th...
This was an intriguing novel as it started off by explaining the various superpowers that a child has and then later one learns the deeper meaning of these superpowers. It wasn't the most masterfully written novel, but it was still a good story. Overall I enjoyed this novel (plus it helped me to improve upon my Spanish reading comprehension skills) this is why I rated it 4 stars.
An amazing book. It shows the perspective of the bullied child and his innocent attempt to make himself invisible because his colleagues make his life miserable in and outside the school. Very recommended for children, teenagers and also adults, like me.
I have so much to thank for this book. For starters, this wonderful book got me out of a reader lockdown of almost a year. Afterwards, the story has an important taan message and is written in an impressive way. I just adore it <3
One of the best books i've read before. The writing styles is amazing and it pulls you into the story with ease. Such a good book and perfect to get you out of a reading slump. Can't wait to read more books by Eloy.
This book is one of the most beautiful I've read. I've taught unforgettable things. It's read right away but with impressive teaching and reflection
100% recomendableI strongly advise everyone to read this at least once in their life. Dont know if its translated into other languages, i hope so because the themes this book talks about are SO IMPORTANT in sooo many levels!! Bullying is very present in teenagers and high school, even though we don't see it that often because its INVISIBLE. The worst of all is, that its invisible to everyone else (or everyone else decides to do nothing about it and make it invisible).Amazingly written and very g...
This book was pretty hard to read for 2 reasons: because the topic is so real and difficult and because it is written in a way that sometimes you don’t know who is talking and understand things only from the context. It’s a good book, makes you think a lot and relate to many things but it’s not a light read
It is actually a really interesting book to read, it is enjoyable, fast and a bit simple, the ingredients to make the perfect book, don’t you think? Moreover, it talks about some serious issues in the actual society such as bullying.
WOW. Just WOW.
