So you turn around and look, but no one's there, and you feel crazy but the sensation doesn't go away, and you start wondering where this little fucker is hiding, because obviously someone is staring at you? You're there with me? Okay, now multiply it by six and then add the idea that someone is dissecting your brain from the inside out, and then you've got what it's like when Holmes starts with the scrutiny.
