Well written and thought out. This is a very well written book. It is more detailed about the dynamics of the business then mist books in the genre.

Full disclosure: the author is a friend BUT I work in the marketing and small business space and there is some really good stuff in here. Build an Army is a great guide on how to identify, write for and engage your audience. It's a quick and unintimidating book with some real gems in it.
