Brazen Dreams – Some thiefs get a hold on some mechtrites and the story unfolds in a nasty way for some of them. I've mentioned my fondness for Grimdark Magazine in previous articles for the United Federation of Charles. It's a delightful fanzine which contains articles, interviews, reviews, excepts, and short-stories about the darker side of speculative fiction. 2 good-ish stories (Brazen Dreams, smth's Burden), but nothing to remember the next day, and 2 stories I did not like, one (the Keiko) really bad. To be honest, I must say that for each issue I am rating the fiction only (stories and novel excerpts), so the GDM as a whole is somewhat better than my ratings.

Nice collection of these new writer's works. I particularity enjoyed the Mike Books Dark Universe Story. Recommended
