Limp

Limp

Chris Marsh
4.5/5 ( ratings)
Danny Webbe is in trouble. Danny Webbe is always in trouble. “It’s his mouth, see? Cheeky and too bloody clever by half.” Or so they say.

Stephen Whitehead and, by order of fists, his gang, blame their portion of Danny’s ever-attendant trouble on yellow wellies and unicorns. Though Jonsa prefers to attribute it to tadpoles. The gang, that is. Jonsa thinks that the gang is because of tadpoles. Or cheques. Or stripes. Or the tapping sounds that he sometimes hears when no one is listening.

Tonia Meyrick’s new friends, all make-up and slightly terrible in not enough school uniform, have something that they desperately want to ask her. But it’s a bit nasty, isn’t it? Not really nasty but nasty all the same. And probably messy.
