This issue opens up with Harley Quinn being pummeled by Killer Croc in a bowling alley. She ends up beating him, and in the aftermath, she decides that she is going to make herself the new Batgirl. She makes her first appearance, but some people don't WANT a new Batgirl. Namely, the current Bat-team. A fight ensues, Harley throws the real Batgirl off of a roof. However, Batgirl grabs Harley's cape on the way down. This is where the issue ends.
