A good quick read to get me back into things. Not my favourite of the volumes I have read so far. The "choose your own story" section at the start threw me off a little, it was to jumbled to have a clear understanding of what was going on. After that though, the story was engaging and I liked that LSP had a story in this one, she doesn't always have the biggest parts. I'll definitely read the next one.
I don't really think that I'm into adventure time anymore. I loved reading the books and watching the show when I was younger but now it's not as funny and cool to me anymore. But if anyone is still into adventure time and like it go ahead I couldn't care less.
In the beginning part, it's a choose your own adventure. YES!!There is this big jerk hacking into BMO. Marceline, Finn, and Jake tried to save BMO from thisevil hacking man. But like in every books, the ending was that they defeated that evil hacking guy.
So much fun!! Beautiful colorful art and entertaining and funny story about BMO. I love me some BMO and OOO and Finn and Jake talk.
"What's up, chuckleheads?" - PRINCESS BUBBLEGUMWhat time is it? It's playing-totally-rad-games time!!! Not only Finn and Jake are being controlled by some mysterious force (which is totally not us), but they also get to play mathematical video games inside their friend BMO (did I mention that if you die inside the game you die in real life? no? well it was worth it anyway, right??)! But wait, what's happening? It's a VIRUS!! *epic gaming music starts*Not my favourite volume, but I am always a bi...
This collection starts with "Choose Your Own Adventure Time". Yes, that's right. So it would get 5 stars for that alone, even if the rest was sub-par (which, of course, it wasn't!). AFter that, this volume included two separate adventures of Finn & Jake - first, BMO (along with every other electronic in teh land of Ooo!) gets a virus that they have to destroy. Then, Ice King, Finn & Jake discover a long-forgotten series of dungeons through which they have to fight their way to get the treasures
As always, I love Adventure Time, though the first story in this issue (the choose your own adventure) was confusing and difficult to read, so I wasn't as big a fan of that one. Still totally fun and silly and enjoyable though.
The stories were action packed and funny and cute! What I loved most is the art in the concluding pages of the book, which made everything all the more special! This is such a fun, light, beautifully colourful read! Enjoyed it to the max!
In this adventure with Finn and Jake, we are sucked into a video game and they are fighting the nasty computer virus that threatens their friend. The premise is intriguing for a nerd like myself. I really enjoyed the interaction of the main characters of the story - Finn, Jake, and Marceline. There was a shorter story at the front of the book that I didn't much care for. It was one of those "choose your own endings" type of stories. While the characters look so stinking cute and the panels are s...
10/10 entertainment as always
Crazy fun.
This book was about a man named Ewblo, and he hacked and made a virus to control all computers an all electronics. So one day Marcline,Finn, and Jake wanted to play video games so the video game BMO started to start the game and then they started play the game, and they were all playing then Finn then realize that Marcline was playing better than they were and had a higher score so when they got to the end of the game they all saw a ewblo sign. When they got out of the game they asked BMO who Ewblo...
These always put me in a good mood
Charming choose your own adventure comic at the beginning. Very visually appealing. The story is just as enjoyable as an episode would be. I also enjoyed the wonderful collection of artwork covers in the back. If you like Adventure Time, chances are you'll like this comic series. Now I need to find the first two volumes. It's been awhile since I've collected graphic novels.
I love this book it is about Jake and Finn are going on an adventure to save there friend BMO and he needs saving because of this hacker named Ewlbo and he haked BMO and his other robot friends and it reminds me of something because she got lost and she needed saving.
Funny and really well constructed. I loved the whole 'reader control' thing. Also don't be deceived by the cover Marceline wasn't even the central character in this edition but that didn't really bother me because I love all of the characters.Lumpy space princess is my spirit animal.
Not as edgy, but still awesome!!
I wasn't sure about this third volume after the second one, but it is still pretty similar to the TV show. We have here a "Choose Your Own Adventure" story (quite strange) and the main one is about BMO having a virus and Finn, Jake and Marceline trying to "cure" him. The short stories are nice. I still don't understand why this edition has Princes Flame on its cover.El tercer volumen de Hora de aventuras sigue la línea de la serie. Tenemos un "crea tu propia aventura" (una breve y extraña histor...
When I first picked up the fictional novel, Adventure Time, by Pendleton Ward, I was excited because one of my favorite shows was a book. With every page I turned, I felt as if I couldn’t stop reading until the end. It was an amazing book, just like the first two I read. The book is divided into 2 events: one is about the Ice King(antagonist) and the other one is about stopping some sort of apocalypse with the 3 heros of the novel: Finn, Jake, and Marceline. Finn, is a human who fights with eith...
I miss new episodes of Adventure Time on tv, but this is the next best thing. The first chapter is a "Choose Your Own Adventure Time" with lots of swirly arrows to keep you reading in the right order. The remainder of the book is the saga of Finn and Jake and Marceline fighting a computer virus that's taken control over BMO. The quest goes in and out of virtual reality, but with these guys, it's sometimes hard to tell the difference! The artwork captures the feel of the cartoons and it's all qui...
