If you're lucky, you have a kiss or two worth remembering. Maybe it was a quick peck on the dance floor back in middle school. Or a passionate kiss on the beach under the moon. Or even a sloppy kiss from a two-year-old as you put him down for a nap.

Wherever it was, whenever it was, chances are that kiss changed you for the better. Because every good kiss reminds you that you're human. That you're not in this life alone. And most important, that you're someone worth kissing. Which is a wonderful thing to be, when you really thing to be, when you really think about it.

In this little book, we've collected kisses - and some terrific stories - from some of the world's most interesting women. From stars to socialites, from artists to activists, these ladies have decided to share some of the kisses that helped make them who they are today.

In a world where far too many people are using their mouths for shouting, it is our humble wish that this book will help remind people that there are better things our lips can do.
